During the meeting in Moscou 16^th of may 2010  of the IBK  Russian branche the following has been decided.

Sergey Badyuk 8^th Dan  will be from this day on the HONORARY KANCHO  FOR ALL RUSSIA .which means that nobody but Yuri Federishin 8^th Dan can bother him with IBK matters NOBODY else.  

Yury Federishin 8^th Dan  will be from that date the  executive KANCHO  FOR ALL RUSSIA, He will be the enforcement of the rules of the IBK in RUSSIA .

Anything concerning the Russian IBK MUST go through him. As his Assistent and DAISHIHAN FOR MOSCOU is from this day  Michael Kokin 8^th Dan.

Anything concerning the Russian IBK must first go to Hanshi Kokin  who will deliver it to Kancho Federishin.  

For Novosibirsk  is from this day  the DAISHIHAN  Arunas Ratskevichus 5^th Dan.

The Secretary for this board of the Russian IBK is Petr Dmitriev Sensei.

Any decisions will be taken up first with KAISHO Jon Bluming.
