During the meeting on the 17th of May 2010 in Moscou it has been decided to expell the Daishihan for Novosibirsk  GEORGY  ASTAFIEV.
For several years he has behaved like a dictator instead of a Sensei and Dai Shihan.
It all started some years ago with the translater Olga Kamarova when he made several advances towards her even when she told him that she did not like that.
He became so mad that he treated her with all kinds of mayhem untill Kaicho made a stop to that. Than he invited Kaicho to the Blue mountains to look for a spot for a Siberian summercamp and a little relaxation and used Kaicho money which he still owed from seminars ect to pay for that.
Again Kaicho talked with him and forget about it. Than some time later again when he took many certificates  and membership
cards  he sold them for high prices and did not give the money to the IBK. He even copied the certificates with Kaicho, s signature on it and sold
those also for high prices.
Than Kaicho found out that the charged for certificates not only the fee for the IBK but doubled the fee and kept that for himself.
He than , instead of give the new dojos to the IBK with address and dojo name, he claimed that they where his students and so only payed for one or
two dojo instead of the many dojo who really thought that they where member of the IBK. He later send another member of the IBK  from the dojo of Victor Sosnovsky to Moscou during a visit of Kaicho and Victor gave Kaicho only a part of the certificates back.
Than again he started to make advances to the daughter of Ivan Bychkov 5 th Dan of Thomsk who used to be his friend. Irina was the new translater and of course stopped with that. So Georgy wife had also enough  and kicked him out the the house and Kaicho had also his pockeks full of Georgy,s behaviour and told the Moscou board of the IBK and it was unanimous decided to expell Georgy and his dojo. Also the no,s of the certificates of the IBK from 1100 untill 1200  will not be honored by the IBK  and anyone who has gotten his DAN correctly can mail to the IBK and it will be noted.
Arunas Ratskevichus 5th Dan has been appointed the new Dai Shihan  voor Novosibirsk.
