To Kuristina Sensei Tokyo Honbu, Hereby I would like to make an official complaint about the tourney in Denmark from 27-02-2010. Also I would like to ask you who I can hold responsible for the costs we had, because I will demand al my money back. Once arrived in Denmark on 26-02-2010 at 18.30 hour the reception was already closed so there was no room for us which we had a reservation from 30-01-2010, lucky that the guys from karate school Texel who arrived an hour before us paid our room and had the key. ( strange people from all over Europe come to Denmark and reception is closed at 18.00 hours) Once arrived in the room our shoes stacked to the floor so dirty is was we had no bed linen and just 1 towel for the 4 of us.( my wife , me and our 2 daughters ) When we arrived no food available and no stores were open we would like to have had some food after al long car drive.( 750 KM ) In the morning of the 27-02-2010 my daughter had to be weight and registered what we already did on 01-02-2010 after that the judges and referees had to meet and talk strange? If you organise a tourney you have to know what to do before the tourney starts and do not need a meeting on the morning of the tourney. Finally tourney starts at 11.30 hour me , my wife and daughter had to pay € 20.00 each for the entrance front row after 2 hours it was filled with people who not had a front row ticket and they are blocking my view , then to know when my daughter who is registered for the tourney is send away from us because she had no ticket. The tourney starts and from the start of it was not clear who had to fight it happened at least 15 times that the wrong fighter was standing at the stage. Between the fights it to 5 or 6 minutes before the next fight could start al because the organisation does not know what they are doing. The organisation who called in the microphone were not to be heard or understand because the could hardly or just speak bad English. After a long wait my Daughter ( 13 years ) was called on ( even after the man heavy weight ) and my daughter had to fight a Russian girl from 23 years old while she was registered in the category between 10-17 years ???? Although it was a pretty nice fight not all points she scored were given to here and she lost the fight ( I can show you a video of the fight and like to see what a other referee would say ) After the fight the numbers 1 and 2 were called on to the stage and to my surprise a girl who had not being fighting all day we didn’t even saw here before was standing opposite of the Russian girl who had won from my daughter she had a new karate suit and I thought she just came back from the hair dresser, ( how can that be? ) I hope you will understand that the whole tourney is unreal if you would organise a tourney you need to know before the tourney starts what is going on and what is going to happen. The following costs I would like to have returned to who is responsible the IKO union or the organisation in Denmark? Fuel € 240.00 Ferry € 136.00 Hostel € 100.00 Register my Daughter € 25.00 Entrance € 60,00 Replace sleeping place 2nd night € 140,00
